Congratulations on receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation! When you were anointed by the Bishop with the Holy Chrism you also received the Gifts of the Holy Spirit as an indelible character on your soul. You were inspired ("instinctus") and now have the "instincts" of wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord strengthened. Exercise these instincts and turn them into habits or virtues.

Thank you for coming back to class. Today we discussed The Last Things: Death, Judgement Heaven, and Hell. Traditionally, priests preached on The Last Things during the Advent Season but we can do this any time. It helps us take stock of our life so we can run to Christ!
